Composition

One dose of vaccine contains inactivated virus, obtained on SPF chicken embryos:

Avian Reovirus, strain S-1133 ≥ 10^7,0 TCID₅₀ before inactivation.

Pharmaceutical form

Emulsion.

Immunological properties

The vaccine induces specific immunity in vaccinated birds in 2-3 weeks following vaccination, against Viral Arthritis/Tenosynovitis.

Target species

Chickens.

Indications

Preventive immunization of clinically healthy chickens against Viral Arthritis/Tenosynovitis.

Interaction with other preparations

Administration simultaneously with other vaccines and medicines is not recommended.

Special precautions (during the laying period)

The vaccine does not influence egg laying, fertility, or egg incubation.

Route of administration and dosage

The vaccine is administered to chickens at a dose of 0.5 ml subcutaneously in the lower third of the neck or intramuscularly into the pectoral muscle:

• to broiler chicks under 2 weeks of age;

• breeding flocks and laying hens of any age, but no later than 4 weeks before the start of egg production.

Withdrawal period

0 days.

Shelf life

24 months. Use within 10 hours after opening.

Storage conditions

Store and transport refrigerated (+2 to +8° C), and keep in dry, dark places, out of the reach of children. Do not freeze!
