He has been heading the company since June 2024.

The main goal is to prepare the business for scaling and guide it through the growth process to increase sales, market presence, and the company's influence in Ukraine and key export markets.

He joined the BIOTESTLAB team in early 2015. Before being appointed CEO, he worked as the Head of investment project management. He took part in the large-scale program of technological company re-equipment with the creation of the largest complex in Ukraine for the production of immunobiological, chemical pharmaceuticals, and disinfectants for use in veterinary medicine.

More than 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical field. Before joining BIOTESTLAB LLC, he worked at the pharmaceutical corporation Arterium in management positions and project management.

He graduated from the Lviv Polytechnica National University and has two higher educations: in the specialty of engineer-technologist (Faculty of Pharmaceutical Technologies) and mechanical engineering (Cars and Automotive Industry). He completed the courses: "Formation of Company Management based on the Theory of Constraints approaches" ("Apple Consulting"); "Project Management using MS Project Software" (Lviv Institute of Management); "Communication Strategy and Leadership Development" (IMPAC University); multiple participant in management development programs, etc.

One of the founders of the Group of companies "BIOTESTLAB" (1989). For more than 15 years he has been the General Director of the following companies: Research-and-Production Enterprise Bio-Test-Laboratory Ltd., BIOTESTLAB, and BIOTESTLAB GROUP.

Under his leadership, process modeling of the management system, as well as ISO and GMP standards, were introduced. He continues to improve business processes. During this time, the company "BIOTESTLAB" has grown to the level of a leading national manufacturer of veterinary drugs, an exporter of veterinary products.

At the same time, he is working on the development of veterinary drugs. Under his leadership or with direct participation, technologies for about three dozen vaccines for animals and poultry have been created or improved.

Ph.D. in veterinary sciences, specializing in veterinary virology, microbiology, immunology, and epizootology. Since 1993, he worked as a researcher, and from 1995 to 2000 he headed the laboratory of vaccine preparations at the Institute of Veterinary Medicine of the Ukrainian Academy of Agrarian Sciences (Kyiv).

He has been in office since 2018, successfully implementing the main priorities: building long-term partnerships with foreign counterparties, increasing sales, and developing new areas of work. Under his leadership, the pricing process was automated, from changing the purchase price of components to the market price, taking into account competitive products across the entire range, and an ML-system for product quality control was launched.

He is in the company since 2004, he started as a manager for foreign economic activity, and later he headed the foreign economic activity department. During this period, together with the team, he exclusively registered and brought to the Ukrainian market more than 20 Hipra vaccines.

From 2011 to 2018, he worked as a marketing and sales director. He built from scratch the processes and the team of the department and was involved in the rebranding of the company, restructuring, and preparing an investment project for a new plant. He developed an approach to analyzing the veterinary market, which helped to significantly expand the range of TM BIOTESTLAB's own products and change the positioning of the company.

He has higher education in veterinary science and an MBA degree. Experience in strategic consulting and building companies from scratch in the field of IT.

Since 2018, he has been working as the General Director of the BIOTESTLAB Trading House. He works on the implementation of large commercial projects in Ukraine, increasing sales of veterinary vaccines, launching new products, developing e-commerce, and systematizing business.

He began working in the company in 2017 as a Director of Business Development. He formed and reorganized the work of departments, increased sales and margins of the company in Ukraine, and also established a system for market analysis, and employee training.

He has many years of experience in building a sales system, as well as managing and organizing business in various areas: banking, pharmaceutical, agricultural.

He received two higher educations. He holds a bachelor's degree in “Financial services” from Edinburgh Napier University (Scotland) and a master's degree in “International economics” from Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University.

Has more than 20 years of experience in international pharmaceutical companies in senior positions in marketing, sales, strategic development, and analytics. At BIOTESTLAB LLC, he is responsible for implementing the company's International strategy and for Building business and Operational processes in export markets.

Graduate of the Oleksandr Bogomolets National Medical University. Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pharmacology and Toxicology (Institute of Pharmacology of the Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine), Master of Marketing (Kyiv National University of Economics), MBA, specialization in business, management and international marketing (University of New Brunswick, Canada).

She joined the team in 2017. She was involved in organizing a production planning system for uninterrupted product deliveries in Ukraine and abroad (including under martial law); developing and improving immunobiological drugs, in particular, she managed the project to develop and launch the Polimun IB VAR2 vaccine.

Over the years, she held the positions of Head of the Department of Live Embryonic Vaccines; Q.P. (Authorized Person) for Certification of Immunobiological Products. From January 2022 to May 2024, she headed the Production Department. Since June 2024 – Operations Director (Chief Operations Officer) of BIOTESTLAB LLC.

She graduated from the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, specializing in Veterinary Medicine. She completed several courses, including: "Clean Rooms: creation, maintenance", "Control of the Condition of Clean Zones and Rooms according to GMP Requirements. Information Systems for Accounting and Data Management", "EU GMP: Appendix 1. Production of Sterile Medicinal Products".

She is the Head of the department since 2013. During this time, the effective work of the department was reorganized and adjusted; the system of budgetary, tax and financial planning has been improved; business processes in the field of finance and many production processes have been automated, and the procurement and pricing system has been transformed, and a working capital management system has been built.

Prior to joining the company, she held the position of the head of the methodology department in the “Meat processing industry” direction of the UkrLandFarming holding.

She has higher financial education, diplomas from CAP (CAPA), and IPFM (Institute of Professional Financial Managers) in Internal Audit, Strategic Management, IFRS, and Management Accounting, as well as experience in training and advanced training of young professionals.

He has been with the company since 2006. In different periods, he held the positions of business manager, executive director, and later headed the Business Security Department.

He has successful experience in business process management, working with stakeholders from among key customers and public authorities; legal support and control over the implementation of investment projects; experience many years of expertise in the field of protecting the interests of economic entities.

He graduated from the National Academy of Internal Affairs with a degree in Jurisprudence. He worked in law enforcement authorities, and was engaged in legal practice.

Since 2018, he has been managing the production of chemical-pharmaceutical products of the company. Previously, since 2013, in different periods, he held the position of technologist in the chemical pharmaceutical production Department and was the head of the antibacterial drugs division. Under his leadership, a number of technological processes were optimized and improved, which made it possible to rapidly double the volume of production. New forms of drugs have been successfully introduced into the production program: suspensions for injection and powders for oral administration.

Today, the priority areas of his work are the implementation of projects for automation and modernization of equipment, and the launch of new lines.

Prior to joining the company, he worked as an engineer at Pharma Start LLC.

He has higher education in the specialty "Engineer of pharmaceutical and biotechnological equipment". Graduate of the National University of Food Technologies.
