Inactivated vaccine against Newcastle Disease, Infectious Bronchitis and Egg Drop Syndrome
Composition
Active ingredients in 1 dose (0.5 ml):
Antigen of Newcastle disease virus, strain La Sota DK-124, inactivated — ≥ 4.0 log₂ HI*
Antigen of avian infectious bronchitis virus, strain Chapaevsky (M-41), inactivated — ≥ 4.0 log₂ HI*
Antigen of egg drop syndrome virus, strain EDS-76, inactivated — ≥ 4.0 log₂ HI*
* HI — titre of specific antibodies determined by the haemagglutination inhibition (HI) test induced by the inactivated antigens.
Pharmaceutical form
Emulsion.
Immunological properties
The vaccine stimulates the development of specific immunity in poultry from 28 days of age against Newcastle disease, infectious bronchitis, and egg drop syndrome, which persists until 60 weeks of age. The vaccine has no therapeutic properties. .
Target species
Chickens.
Indications
Preventive immunization against Newcastle Disease, Infectious Bronchitis and Egg Drop Syndrome.
Interaction with other preparations
Do not mix with other medicinal and preventive preparations.
Special precautions (during laying period)
Birds should be vaccinated no later than 30 days before laying period.
Route of administration and dosage
The vaccine is administered at a dose of 0.5 ml intramuscularly (into the thigh or chest muscles) or subcutaneously (into the lower neck) to chickens aged 90-100 days, but no later than 30 days before the start of the laying period.
Withdrawal period
0 days.
Self life
24 months. 12 hours after opening.
Storage conditions
Store vaccine in dry, dark places, out of reach of children, at +2 to +8° С. Do not freeze!
