Live vaccine against Myxomatosis
Composition
One dose of vaccine contains virus of Myxomatosis, strain MAV/RK – 13/20 ≥ 104,0 EID50.
Pharmaceutical form
Freeze-dried tablet, or freeze-dried tablet and solvent.
Immunological properties
Induces postvaccinal protection in healthy rabbits on 4-9th day after vaccination that lasts for 8-10 months.
Target species
Rabbits.
Indications
Preventative immunization of rabbits against Myxomatosis.
Interaction with other preparations
The vaccine can be used simultaneously with the vaccine against Hemorrhagic Disease LAPIMUN GEM which is administered at the opposite side. Dehelmintisation of rabbits is to be performed 2 weeks prior to or 2 weeks after vaccination
Special precautions (during gestation period)
No contraindications.
Route of administration and dosage
The vaccine is administered subcutaneously behind the shoulder blade in a dose of 1.0 ml.
Rabbits in a safe zone are vaccinated once from 10 weeks of age.
In an unsafe zone, clinically healthy rabbits can be vaccinated from 4 weeks of age. Rabbits vaccinated for the first time are revaccinated at 4 months of age. In case of a threat of early infection, all rabbits that have reached 28 days of age and older are vaccinated once, regardless of the timing of the previous vaccination.
Adult rabbits are vaccinated for the first time 7 days before mating.
Subsequently, animals are vaccinated every 8 months.
Vaccinated animals of the parent herd, with intensive use, are recommended to be revaccinated at 6-month intervals.

0 days.
Self life
24 months. Vaccine should be used within 3 hours after dissolving.
Storage conditions
Store vaccine in dry, dark places, out of the reach of children, at +2 to +8° С. Do not freeze!
