LVIV, Ukraine, April 21-22, 2026 — BIOTESTLAB, a Ukrainian veterinary biopharmaceutical company, participated as an official partner in the PIGS FARMING INDUSTRY 2026 forum, one of Ukraine’s key industry events for swine production professionals.

The forum brought together more than 200 participants, including farm owners, veterinarians, and representatives of local and international companies, to discuss current challenges in the sector, such as biosecurity, disease control, and production efficiency.

During the event, BIOTESTLAB introduced two new antimicrobial products for swine:

  • FLOSIDEX, a combination injectable solution containing florfenicol 30%, tylosin 7.5%, and dexamethasone, is designed to treat pigs for pleuropneumonia, pasteurellosis, mycoplasma pneumonia, colibacillosis, salmonellosis, and haemophilus infections.
  • SPECTOLIN, powder for oral use based on spectinomycin 44.4% and lincomycin 22.2%, is intended for the management of dysentery, proliferative enteropathy (ileitis) and enteritis in pigs.

As part of the scientific programme, Dr Mykhailo Babkin, PhD in Veterinary Sciences and Scientific Consultant at BIOTESTLAB, delivered a presentation on practical approaches to treating bacterial infections in swine using combination antimicrobial therapies.

“Participation in industry forums is an important part of our strategy to support professional knowledge exchange and promote science-based veterinary solutions,” the company stated.

BIOTESTLAB continues to expand its presence in international markets and invests in research and development to improve animal health and the efficiency of livestock production.
