Composition

One dose of vaccine contains following viruses, obtained on SPF chicken embryos:

Virus of Newcastle Disease, clon DK-124 strain La Sota ≥ 10^6,0 EID₅₀;

Virus of Infectious Bronchitis, strain H-120 ≥ 10,0^3,5 EID₅₀.

Freeze-dried tablet.

Immunological properties

Vaccine virus in 10-14 days induces specific immunity and prevents vaccinated birds against Newcastle Disease and Infectious Bronchitis.

Target species

Chickens.

Indications

Preventive immunization of clinically healthy chickens from 14 days of age against Newcastle Disease and Infectious Bronchitis.

Interaction with other preparations

Water for dissolving the vaccine should not contain chlorine and iron ions, as well as antibiotics and disinfectants. It can be used from day one.
The decision to use this vaccine before or after any other veterinary medicinal product should be made by the farm veterinarian on a case-by-case basis.

Special precautions (during laying period)

The vaccine does not influence egg laying, fertility or egg incubation.

Route of administration:

The vaccine is used for clinically healthy chickens from 1 day of age.

The number of vaccine doses in the vial is indicated on the label.

Vaccinate birds from 1 day of age in an incubator or in poultry houses in healthy farms using one of the following methods: intraocularly, by spray, or by drinking water.

Vaccination using the large-drop method:

Vaccinate chicks from 1 day of age. For every 1000 doses, 400-500 ml of water is required. The size of the droplets is 150-250 g. After spraying, the birds are kept for 15-20 minutes in a closed, well-heated room away from drafts until completely dry.

Vaccination using the fine-droplet method:

Chicks are vaccinated no earlier than 12 days of age. For every 1000 doses, 400-500 ml of water is required. The droplet size is 100-150 cm. Gather the birds on one side of the poultry house, turn off the ventilation and heating of the room, and turn on the light. Spray the vaccine.

Turn on the ventilation 10-20 minutes after the spraying process is complete.

Vaccination check

The quality of vaccination is checked for the presence of blue dye (Indigo MAX) on the feathers of the birds. To make sure that the birds are completely wet, run your hand over them.

Self-life

24 months. After dissolution - within 2 hours.

Storage conditions

Store vaccine in dry, dark places, out of the reach of children, at +2 to +8° C.
