Route of administration and dosage

The vaccine is administered to birds using one of the following methods: drinking water, intranasally, or large-drop spray.

In healthy farms, it is recommended that birds receive their first vaccination at 15-21 days of age.

In regions affected by Newcastle disease, the vaccine can be administered intranasally or by coarse spray to day-old chicks, with further revaccination at 18-21 days of age.

Drinking method.

On the day of vaccination, the contents of the vaccine vials are dissolved in clean, boiled water cooled to room temperature. The vaccine is diluted so that the amount of drinking water specified for one day before vaccination contains one dose of vaccine for one bird.

The water for the vaccine drinker should not contain chlorine or iron ions, antibiotics, or disinfectants. Drinkers should be thoroughly washed before vaccination without adding disinfectant solutions.

For better vaccination, it is recommended to use the INDIGO dye indicator or other similar products.

Intranasal method.

The vaccine is dissolved in distilled or boiled cooled water at the rate of: 100 doses - 10 ml, 1000 doses - 100 ml, 2500 doses - 250 ml, 5000 doses - 500 ml. Instill 2 drops into the nostril of birds of all age categories; at the same time, close the second nostril with your finger; in case of obstruction of the nasal passages, the same amount of vaccine should be instilled into the bird's eye.

Large-drop spray method.

The vaccine is dissolved in boiled, cooled water that does not contain iron or chlorine, at a rate of: for chicks up to one month old, 1000 doses in a volume of 250 to 500 ml; for older birds, 1000 doses in a volume of 500 to 1000 ml. The vaccination is carried out using a sprayer that maintains constant pressure and has a calibrated nozzle. Spray the vaccine from a distance of 30-40 cm above the birds' heads. The approximate vaccination rate is 1000 birds per minute. After spraying the vaccine, leave the day-old chicks to dry for 20 minutes.

Withdrawal period

0 days.

Self-life

24 months. Vaccine should be used within 2 hours after dissolving.

Storage conditions

Store vaccine in dry, dark places, out of the reach of children, at +2 to +8° C.
