Live vaccine against Newcastle Disease and Infectious Bronchitis

One dose of vaccine contains following viruses, obtained on SPF chicken embryos:
Virus of Newcastle Disease, strain Hitchner B1 ≥ 106,0 EID50;
Virus of Infectious Bronchitis, strain H-120 ≥ 10,03,5 EID50.
Vaccine virus in 10-14 days induces speciﬁc immunity and prevents vaccinated birds against Newcastle Disease and Infectious Bronchitis.
Preventive immunization of clinically healthy chickens starting from the ﬁrst day of age against Newcastle Disease and Infectious Bronchitis.
Water for reconstituti should not contain ions of chlorine and iron, antibioti or disinfectants.
Special precautions (during laying period)
The vaccine does not inﬂuence egg laying, fertility or egg incubation.
Routeof administration and dosage
Approximate diameter of droplets should be 0.1-0.3 mm. Spraying is done from a distance
of 30-40 cm above a certain number of chickens
Dissolve the vaccine with 200-250 ml of cool (10-20° С) distilled water per 1000 chickens
Administer 2 drops per bird in the nasal mucosa or eye conjunctiva
Dissolve 1000 doses of the vaccine with 100 ml of saline solution
For best quality of vaccination it is recommended to add 2g of dried non-fat milk per one liter of water or to use the product for water preparation for immunization “INDIGO MAX”
The vaccine should be dissolved in such manner, that every previously identiﬁed consumption volume of clean, boiled water of room temperature would contain one dose of vaccine per bird
18 months. Vaccine should be used within 2 hours after dissolving.
Store vaccine in dry, dark places, out of reach of children, at +2 to +8° С.
