Composition
100 ml of preparation contains active substance Enrofloxacin – 10.0 g; Additional ingredients.
Pharmacologicalproperties
Enrofloxacin is a chemotherapeuti preparati belonging to the group of fluoroquinolones (derivative quinolone-carboxylic acid). Enrofloxacin shows anti obial acti by inhibiti the enzyme acti of DNA gyrase, which is a major catalyst for the replicati of DNA in a bacterial cell. Inhibiti of DNA gyrase acti leads to functi disorders, blocking the biosynthesis in the cell and destructi of the pathogen. The result is a rapid bactericidal effect. Enrofloxacin is effecti e against different types of microorganisms: Mycoplasmaspp., E. coli,Salmonellaspp.,Campylobacterspp.,Haemophilusspp.,Pasteurellaspp.,Bordetellaspp.,Klebsiellaspp.,Streptococcusspp.,Enterococcusspp.,Erysipelothrixrhusiopathiae,Proteusspp.,Vibrioparahaemolyti Staphylococcus aureus.
Administration
Treatment of bovine, sheep, goats with respiratory and digestive tract diseases, caused by microorganisms susception to Enrofloxacin.
Swine: treatment of animals with MMA syndrome and in case of the respiratory and digesti e tract diseases caused by microorganisms suscepti to Enrofloxacin.
Routesof administration and dosages

If dose volume exceeds 5 ml for audult cattle and 2.5 ml for cattle youngsters and swine it should be devided and administered into different injection sites.
Withdrawalperiod
Meat – in 7 days after the last treatment. Milk for human consumpti is allowed in 4 days after the last treatment. Meat and milk received before this period should be disposed or fed to non-producti e animals, depending on conclusion of veterinarian.
Self life
24 months. After first opening – 14 days if kept in dark place at +5 to +25° С.
Storageconditions
Store in dry, dark places, out of the reach of children, at +5 to +25° С.
